We ship all international orders through the POS Registered Post Service. Delivery takes 7-10 working days depend on the rurality and locality of the destination.
Shipping Schedule/Delivery Time Frame
Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11 PM GMT to be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 11 PM GMT Monday through Thursday will ship the next day. Orders submitted after 11 PM GMT Friday will ship on the following Monday

RETURN POLICY
Skinvo will replace, exchange, or issue a refund/credit only for those items that are deemed to be incomplete or defective by our technical team. All orders are checked for defects and completeness prior to shipping. Please note that your shipping charges are not refundable by us. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order regarding any defects and/or shortages. If you do not contact us within that time period, your order will be considered complete and to your satisfaction. There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges after 10 days.
When I return the Skin due to defect will you refund my shipping charges? We do not refund shipping charges. However if our technical team confirms that the Skin sent was defective, then in addition to the original Skin cost, we will credit an additional 30% of the defective Skin value to your Skinvo User Account for the inconvenience caused to you. This value can be adjusted against your future purchases.
Error made by Customer
Skinvo designs and produces all products according to the information supplied by the customer during checkout. All items purchased are custom-made for the customer and are not returnable or exchangeable. When placing your order, please take your time to order accurately and completely, and verify all information provided during checkout and in the order confirmation email sent to you. If there are any errors, please notify us within a day and we will try to make the corrections. |
